Job summary

Ad-West Realty is seeking a Property Maintenance Repair Technician to maintain the functionality, safety, and appearance of the on-site property. You will perform repairs, inspections, and manage work orders to support tenant satisfaction and high property standards.

This full-time, on-site role at a 57-unit property offers a starting pay of $23.00–$28.00 per hour DOE, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, vacation, holidays, and opportunities to maintain common areas and respond to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills for records and work orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on buildings, doors, gates, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Inspect vacated and occupied apartments to identify maintenance needs.
• Replace switches, thermostats, and appliance parts.
• Maintain outdoor lighting and pool equipment where applicable.
• Complete work orders with updates, including repair actions, parts used, and time spent.
• On-call for emergency repairs and ensure safety.
