Qualifications

• Able to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.
• Capable of standing, bending and walking for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and operate basic office appliances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the office for the day by brewing coffee, setting out breakfast and stocking shared amenities.
• Proactively manage inventory and order location supplies.
• Create and design signage to enhance event and member experiences.
• Onboard new members by adding them into multiple systems for a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events to showcase Industrious value propositions.
• Give a guided tour when the Member Experience Manager is assisting others.
