Industrious in Tysons, VA is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate for our on-site team. You will greet guests, stock amenities, manage inventory, assist with IT issues, and support events, helping members feel at home from their first day.

This part-time, on-site role offers a starting hourly rate of $25.25 plus commuter benefits, flexible hours, and perks like a $100 quarterly stipend, paid time off, and sick pay.

Qualifications

• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and prepare the office for the day: coffee, breakfast, and amenities.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the location.
• Create signage and assist with event design to enhance the member experience.
• Add new members to systems to ensure a smooth first-day experience.
• Troubleshoot IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events to showcase flexible solutions.
• Conduct tours when needed with the Member Experience Manager.
