Job summary

2M Quality is seeking part-time, independent contractor reviewers to inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective. Reviews are conducted on-site, typically 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with reporting due by 5:00 PM. The role is paid per review and requires a tablet, internet access, and the ability to travel between sites.

No roof access required and no tools are needed beyond basic safety gear. Ideal candidates have residential construction exposure or familiarity with punch lists and QA

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and thorough to identify defects from a buyer's perspective.
• Reliable—work must be completed on the scheduled day (8am–5pm).
• Principled, able to work unsupervised with consistency in each home.
• Able to connect to the internet via Wi‑Fi and use a tablet for data entry.
• Experience with mobile devices and basic troubleshooting in the field.
• Must be willing to drive to sites; drive time not compensated.

Responsibilities

• Drive to construction sites to perform quality reviews on the scheduled day.
• Review finished homes for defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, and professionalism.
• Enter review results online using a tablet on-site and submit reports by 5PM.
