Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming center environment.
• Handle a variety of customer requests and inquiries throughout the day.
• Coordinate room setups, projector use, and café directions for meetings.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges and postings.
• Follow up with customers and manage events and posting notices for networking opportunities.
