Job summary

Hargrove, Inc. is seeking a part-time AV Technician to set up and operate basic audio-visual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will report to the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and will work on events in the Manchester area.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience, and a valid driver's license. Training and certifications must be completed within 60 days of start date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Driver’s license required for team members that may operate company vehicles.
• Must meet and complete all training/certifications within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Equipment operation: setup, operation, and breakdown of basic AV equipment.
• Customer service: exceed expectations and maintain client relationships on site.
• Technical ability: troubleshoot equipment and software issues as needed.
• Systems knowledge: complete paperwork accurately and manage invoicing workflows.
