Endeavor Health's Elmhurst Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist II to evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote independence in daily living and functional activities.

This part-time position offers 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Requirements include IL OT licensure, 2 years of acute-care OT experience, and CPR certification; a driver’s license may be needed for off-site duties.

Qualifications

• Must hold current IL OT licensure.
• 2 years of acute-care OT experience preferred.
• CPR certification required (AHA/Red Cross).
• Driver's license required if off-site duties are assigned.
