Endeavor Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist II at Elmhurst Hospital, part-time (20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling. The OT II will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence in daily living and functional activities.
Requirements include 2 years OT experience in acute care (preferred), an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program, IL license, and CPR certification.
$39.44 - $61.13 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
The Occupational Therapist II is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions that promote independence in daily living and functional activities with advanced level competency. This role collaborates closely with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high quality, patient-centered care across a diverse patient population under the supervision and guidance of rehab services leadership.
