Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist II at Elmhurst Hospital, part-time (20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling. The OT II will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence in daily living and functional activities.

Requirements include 2 years OT experience in acute care (preferred), an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program, IL license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute-care setting, preferred.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited school.
• Current State of Illinois Occupational Therapist Licensure.
• A valid driver's license required if off-site duties are involved.
• Specialty clinical certification optional.
• CPR certification as per AHA BLS for healthcare providers or Red Cross.
