Hondros College of Nursing West Chester, OH seeks a Part-Time Nursing Faculty to instructionally support students in assigned courses, on-campus labs and clinicals. The role involves curriculum planning, program development, and active participation in Faculty Organization and campus committees.

The successful candidate will guide student success, collaborate with the College to implement the curriculum, and ensure clinical components align with course objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) is required.
• Three years full-time experience in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse.
• Incumbent must possess an active and unencumbered RN license in OH.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Providing official transcripts for all degrees earned and immunization documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive learning environment in classroom, on-campus labs and clinical sites.
• Advises nursing students on course, program, and career issues.
• Evaluates each student’s achievement and progress.
• Recommends strategies for success and tutors students to assist them in meeting course objectives.
• Instructs nursing students in assigned courses, on-campus labs and/or clinicals per course plan.
• Directs and supervises clinical faculty and teaching assistants, if utilized.
• Acts as an ambassador of the College and participates in program improvement studies.
