Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vitals, intake/output, and daily weights in EMR.
• Perform admissions/transfers/discharges under RN guidance.
• Collect specimens and participate in basic clinical tasks per protocol.
• Maintain patient environment, transport supplies, and stock nursing area.
• Ensure patient call light is within reach and respond promptly.
