Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Imaging Program.
• Must possess nuclear medicine licensure as required by the state.
• ARRT NM or NMTCB certification within six months of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Attends departmental meetings and supports progress improvement.
• Performs a full range of nuclear medicine procedures for diagnosis and treatment.
• Plans imaging to produce quality medical images meeting department standards.
• Minimizes radiation exposure following safety policy and guidelines.
• Reports equipment failures promptly to ensure radiology service continuity.
• Acts as a clinical/didactic instructor per program requirements.
