Job summary

Low T Center is seeking a Mid-Level Provider for Hot Springs, AR. You’ll work with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver personalized hormone replacement and wellness services.

Training is provided, and the clinic operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role requires active Arkansas NP/PA license, DEA license, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to Little Rock occasionally.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions
• Current DEA license required
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients
• Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly
• Comfortable using technology and supporting clinic operations
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to the Little Rock location
• Availability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday-Friday training
• Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month; in months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays are required

Responsibilities

• Provide services including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, and related wellness care
• Support patients and contribute to a personalized patient experience
• Collaborate with Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver care
• Educate patients and document care plans and progress
