Job summary

Low T Center in Denver is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our patient-focused team. You will deliver hormone replacement therapy, wellness services, and personalized care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Colorado NP or PA license with active DEA registration, excellent communication, and a passion for building long-term patient relationships while following established protocols and collaborating with the Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing.
• Active Colorado DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgement and medical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build lasting patient relationships.
• Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and patient-first mindset.
• Able to complete 10 consecutive training days.
• Successful credentialing and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hormone replacement therapy and wellness services within scope.
• Support weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, and low libido.
• Educate patients about health options and care plans.
• Explain medical information clearly.
• Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
• Collaborate with the Physician Medical Director and clinic team.
• Use clinical technology and tools to support care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow protocols.
• Follow professional standards and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment.
