Job summary

Low T Center is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP/APRN/APRN) to join our expansion of clinical offerings across Illinois clinics. You will work under a physician medical director and Center Director to deliver hormone replacement and related wellness services, ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires active Illinois NP or PA licensure, a current DEA license, and a current Controlled Substances License, with the ability to float between Hoffman Estates, Burr Ridge and Westmont

Qualifications

• Must have excellent medical decision-making skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Able to explain complex health issues in layman's terms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with physician medical director and Center Director.
• Manage staff and operations at the assigned location.
• Provide hormone replacement and targeted wellness services.
