Job summary

Low T Center in Edmond, OK is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP/APRN/FNP) to join a fast-paced clinic focused on hormone replacement therapy and wellness. You will work with the Medical Director to deliver high-quality patient care and build lasting relationships.

The role requires active Oklahoma NP/PA licensing, a current DEA and a CS license, plus the ability to complete 10 consecutive training weekdays. Paid training weeks are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma NP or PA license
• Current DEA license
• Current Controlled Substance License
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive weekdays of training

Responsibilities

• Provide care focused on hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Center Director to deliver patient-centered care.
• Utilize electronic medical records and clinic technology to support efficient patient flow.
