Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in fundraising, communications, or nonprofit work.
• Knowledge of grant writing, donor management, and events.

Responsibilities

• Support donor cultivation, stewardship, and engagement efforts.
• Identify prospective individual donors and support outreach.
• Work with the Executive Director and Board to activate donor networks.
• Assist with grant research and proposal preparation.
• Manage donor records and reporting in the donor database.
• Develop fundraising strategies aligned with goals.
• Coordinate fundraising events and sponsor recognition.
• Support communications, branding, and storytelling efforts.
