Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0-2 years nonprofit development, fundraising, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, HubSpot) and online giving tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor records and gift processing in the CRM.
• Generate donor acknowledgments and coordinate hand-signed letters from the CEO.
• Provide administrative support to the Development team and events.
