Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver individualized nursing care in a long-term care setting. Night shifts from 10:00pm to 6:30am with rotating weekends and holidays, compensation includes a sign-on bonus and daily earnings access.

Licensure in Minnesota is required. The role involves coordinating with families and an inter-disciplinary team, supervising care delivery, and adhering to nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Ability to coordinate resident care and educate residents.
• Willingness to work night shift and weekends per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents per the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as assigned.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
