Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse for part-time night shifts (10:00pm–6:30am) with rotating weekends and holidays. The role offers a 24-hour weekly schedule, night and weekend differentials, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinating with residents, families and the care team, and ensuring high-quality care within the facility's

Competenze

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota and maintains required competencies.

Mansioni

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate and intervene as needed.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
