Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking a part-time 3rd shift Residential Re-Entry Specialist to join our Cheyney House location in Hartford, CT. Cheyney House is an adult residential facility.

In this role you will provide client supervision and complete all required program operations while upholding agency policies and procedures pertaining to safety, security of clients, property and the community. Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change, may also be required to stay later.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and complete program operations.
• Uphold agency policies and procedures pertaining to safety and security of clients and property.
• Facilitate counseling, advocacy and support, and conduct case management as needed.
• Supervise client visitation, intake, and movement within the facility.
• Monitor client self-administration of medication and document results.
