Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking a full-time 3rd shift Residential Re-Entry Specialist for the Silliman House in Hartford, CT. The role provides supervision and supports successful community re-entry, with emphasis on safety, counseling, advocacy and program operations.

You will conduct client checks, maintain security, perform intake and orientation, and oversee medication administration as part of a confidential, trauma-informed team—working Sunday through Thursday, 12:00am–8:00am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in social services or criminal justice preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one-for-one basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and complete program operations.
• Verify all items passed between shifts and ensure facility security.
• Conduct employment, job search and home confinement spot checks on each shift.
• Conduct searches of common areas, rooms, and perimeter; document results.
• Supervise client intake and orientation; facilitate client movement in and out of the facility.
• Monitor clients' self-administration of medication and document results.
