Job summary

Highland Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in Bellingham, WA. This part-time night shift position (10pm–6:30am) offers a competitive hourly rate with a $2 night differential and the opportunity to provide high-quality care to residents.

The RN will supervise staff, monitor residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license with BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and monitor residents to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications and document care in the chart.
• Develop and update patient care plans for long-term needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and families regarding patient status.
• Maintain compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
