Job summary

Highland Health & Rehabilitation in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the full-time night shift (10pm–6:30am). The role offers $48–$55/hr with a $2/hr night differential and an estimated $80,000–$114,000+ annual salary.

Active Washington RN license and BLS are required; long-term care experience is preferred. You will supervise staff, monitor residents, and ensure high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license and BLS are required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred or welcome for new grads.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to facility residents/patients.
• Document care and observations promptly in the clinical record.
• Communicate with residents’ physician and care team.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and ensure medication safety.
• Maintain narcotic records and assist with medication management.
• Develop and update patient care plans for long-term needs.
