Highland Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in Bellingham, WA. The RN will supervise staff, monitor residents, develop care plans, administer medications, and ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines.

We welcome experienced and new grad RNs; active WA license and BLS required. Full benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off, life and disability insurance, and EAP, with competitive hourly rates.

Formación

• Active Washington RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred (minimum 6 months).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and resident privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents.
• Document care and observations in clinical records per guidelines.
• Communicate with residents' physicians.
• Complete nursing documentation: assessments, orders, progress notes, flowsheets, consents.
• Administer medications safely and per orders; monitor responses.
• Maintain narcotic records and manage pharmaceuticals.
• Initiate emergency measures and CPR when needed.
• Ensure punctuality and attendance.
• Adhere to clinical policies and Nurse Practice Act.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
