Job summary

Highland Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in Bellingham, WA. The RN will supervise staff, monitor residents, implement treatments, and develop long-term care plans while ensuring high-quality clinical care.

The role requires Washington RN licensure, CPR, and prior supervisory experience. We support US roles with TN visa options and encourage Canadian nurses to apply. Full-time schedule with night shifts is available.

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or similar healthcare setting.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and monitor resident status.
• Administer medications and document administration.
• Develop patient care plans for long-term needs.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act and company policies.
• Maintain narcotic records and HIPAA compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and direct CPR as needed.
