TownePlace Suites Asheville West is seeking a detailed, outgoing Night Auditor to support front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences on a part-time schedule. You’ll check guests in/out, handle payments, update reservations, and balance nightly accounts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in/out efficiently.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments and update guest accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Coordinate with departments on room availability.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area.
• Close and balance nightly accounts.
• Run and distribute night audit reports.
• Make account adjustments as needed.
