TownePlace Suites Asheville is seeking an energetic, outgoing guest services representative for a part-time, in-person role. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, process payments, and manage reservations while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience, hotel experience is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and update accounts as needed.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status.
• Maintain the front desk to be clean, welcoming, and organized.
