TownePlace Suites Asheville is seeking a detailed, outgoing Night Auditor to provide exceptional guest service, check guests in and out, and balance nightly accounts in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will collaborate with departments, process payments, update reservations, and help maintain a welcoming front desk environment while contributing to a fun, growth‑oriented team and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with outstanding service.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments and update guest accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information.
• Coordinate room availability with other departments.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk.
• Close and balance accounts and produce reports.
• Adjust accounts as needed.
