Job summary

FirstService Residential in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate (16 hours/week) for Saturday and Sunday night shifts. You will greet residents, check guests and service providers in and out, monitor access control, and maintain daily logs and forms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and direct visitors.
• Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Check guests and service providers in/out.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and time management.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Handle access to the building and assist with incident reporting.
