Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to keep the hotel running smoothly through the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM). You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins, balance the books, and prepare daily reports while the world sleeps.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, about 1 year in hospitality, and comfort with Windows, Excel, and Word. This role rewards reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork across departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle overnight check-ins (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Balance the books and finalize transactions with accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep guests safe.
• Create Daily Flash Reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Utilize Windows, Excel and Word to solve problems.
