Job Title: Part-Time Night Auditor - Front Office - Hilton Tampa Downtown (HOT0BKOL)

Location: Hilton Tampa Downtown, 211 N. Tampa St., Tampa, 33602

Job Summary: A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring outstanding guest service to promote hotel profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, complete registration, input and retrieve information, confirm guest details, assign rooms, code electronic keys, promote marketing programs, and provide welcome packets.
  • Assist guests during check-out, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, convert foreign currency, and manage gift certificates and cards.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area details.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
  • Receive, relay, and manage guest messages.
