Position Overview

A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience while supporting the hotel's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, complete registration, input and retrieve information, confirm details, assign rooms, code electronic keys, promote hotel services, and assist with luggage if needed.
  • Assist guests with check-out, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and manage foreign currency exchanges.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, local area, and answer guest inquiries.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel amenities and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions.
  • Manage messages and communication for guests.
