Position Overview

A Cook III is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items, supporting the hotel's commitment to outstanding service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings
  • Follow designated recipes and quality standards in food preparation
  • Prepare guest orders efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation standards
  • Inspect all food sent from the kitchen for quality and presentation
  • Handle and store food according to safety regulations
