Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move continually in front office areas.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and generate daily reports.
• Greet guests warmly and handle registrations and room assignments.
• Process payments, verify cards, and post charges to guest accounts.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests and staff.
• Maintain front desk operations and assist other front desk personnel as needed.
