Job summary

Holiday Inn Washington DC-Central/White House in Washington, DC is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM). The role requires front desk excellence, cash handling, and guest issue resolution in a bustling hotel environment.

Responsibilities include acting as Manager On Duty, checking guests in/out, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and hotel procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Opera and IHG processes and standards preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform front desk duties and manage guests.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Serve as Manager On Duty for the 11PM to 7AM shift.
• Handle guest calls, requests, and concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
• Record guest preferences and process cash/credit transactions.
• Book guest reservations and handle cancellations as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
