The Heathman Hotel Kirkland, operated by Columbia Hospitality, is seeking a Night Auditor (Part-Time) to oversee nightly operations at the front desk and ensure precise financial reconciliation for the property in Kirkland, WA.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, cash handling, and strong communication skills. You will support guest needs, coordinate with departments, and help maintain security, reporting, and daily closure processes in a boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day night operations of the property, including front desk activities and financial reconciliation.
• Ensure all front office procedures meet established standards and goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Assist guests, team members, and vendors during shifts.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and report security concerns immediately.
• Address and resolve guest issues and concerns promptly.
• Monitor guest concerns to plan corrective actions and improvements.
• Coordinate with departments to keep staff informed of updates and changes.
• Keep front office and lobby areas clean and organized; ensure equipment functioning.
• Perform property walks to monitor guest safety and security.
