Job summary

Columbia Hospitality’s Heathman Hotel Kirkland is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to oversee nightly front desk operations, reconcile daily financials, and ensure guest data confidentiality.

You will support guests, staff, and vendors, maintain safety, resolve issues, and coordinate with departments. A year of hospitality experience and strong communication are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience required.
• 2 years hotel/clerk experience strongly preferred.
• Cash handling and POS system experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night operation of the property including front desk operations and financial reconciliation.
• Follow procedures to ensure front office activities meet standards and goals.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Assist guests, team members, and vendors during the shift.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and report security concerns.
• Resolve guest issues and concerns as necessary.
• Evaluate patterns in guest concerns to plan corrective actions.
• Communicate with all departments to keep staff informed of updates.
