Job summary

Q Center is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift to reconcile cashier transactions, prepare management reports, and ensure accuracy of guest billings. The role includes guest services duties such as check-in/check-out, and switchboard operations, as needed.

The position works 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM on varying days, with starting pay of $19.00 per hour. The company offers a range of benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all front desk cashier transactions.
• Review, organize and compile management reports on a timely basis.
• Balance and reconcile financial reports.
• Assist at front desk as required (check-in, check-out, switchboard, reservations).
