Job summary

Q Center is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor to join our team in Illinois. The Night Auditor will reconcile front desk cashier transactions, compile management reports, and ensure accurate guest billings and city ledger transactions. Duties include guest service tasks such as check-in, check-out, switchboard, and reservations, with nightly scheduling from 11pm to 7:30am.

Starting pay is $19.00/hour. The position includes PTO, a 401(K) with employer match, and employee meals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all front desk cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Review, organize and compile management reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate concerns and issues to management.
• Perform guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
• Balance and reconcile financial reports and prepare daily reports (Manager Flash, VIP, Day Guest).
• Audit procedures daily and act as PBX operator during the audit shift.
