The Night Audit is responsible for overseeing specific night audit duties and assisting with Front Office operational duties during the overnight shift. Responsibilities may include the guest registration process, telephone communication with in-house and external callers, resolving guest requests and complaints, as well as traditional night audit duties including night roll, reconciling of the day’s transactions, processing payments, and preparing for the following day’s operation.
