Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Registered Nurse.
• Healthcare Provider CPR biennial.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP or similar certifications may be required for specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Develop and update nursing plans of care based on assessment data.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals to meet patient needs.
• Communicate patient status and plan of care to the team and family.
