Job summary

The incumbent will utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating with the health team to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license registered with the Maryland State Board of Nursing.
• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Healthcare Provider CPR every 2 years; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and update written nursing plans of care.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments as prescribed.
