Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement and document patient care.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments; monitor patient response.
• Coordinate patient care with health team and family; ensure timely interventions.
• Communicate patient status to physicians and team; maintain accurate records.
• Teach and support patients and families regarding care plans and discharge goals.
