Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate patient care with the health team and plan for discharge.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments; monitor patient status and document care.
• Manage daily patient assignments and coordinate activities with other disciplines.
• Participate in teaching and quality improvement initiatives.
