Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and two years of directly related experience.
• Associate degree and six years of directly related experience.
• California Community College credential.
• Equivalency acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Teach Introduction to Forestry, Dendrology, Silviculture, Wildlife Ecology and Conservation of Natural Resources.
• Teach additional classes in Mule Packing, Backcountry Backpacking, Forestry Field Studies and Work Experience.
• Use varied pedagogies and technology for face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
• Communicate effectively with students; maintain course outlines and records.
