Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage scheduling, answer phones and emails, assist with events, tours, enrollments, and collaborate on marketing and socials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in front desk, reception, or customer service.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, open/close, attendance, and maintain a clean environment.
• Handle scheduling and manage phone/email communication using multiple software platforms.
• Deliver top-quality customer service to students and families.
• Ensure safety by enforcing the Code of Conduct.
• Present and enroll families to grow the student base.
• Assist with marketing and social media content.
• Support the General Manager on special projects.
