Job summary

Roundhouse in Coram, MT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and attractive. The role is part-time with hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-3pm, plus on-call rotation; you will perform hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.

You should have at least one year in general maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-service skills. Final compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year in general maintenance and repair.
• Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property upkeep and overall health of the property.
• Handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Walk the property to catch maintenance issues early and keep it in safety/health compliance.
• Protect curb appeal by keeping grounds, exteriors, and common areas clean and functional.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors.
• Keep clear records of the work performed, including materials, hours, and completion status.
• Take turns in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and assist with snow/ice removal.
• Stay on top of maintenance software so every work order is current and on time.
• Follow safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSHA standards, and on-equipment labels.
