Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school or technical certification is a plus.
• Experience in general maintenance and repair is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep, repair, and overall health of the property.
• Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond to work orders quickly and complete with high quality.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and ensure safety/health code compliance.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and functional.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor for task prioritization and purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials.
• Assist in after-hours on-call rotation and snow/ice removal.
• Keep maintenance software up to date for every work order.
• Follow safety procedures and company SOPs.
