Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep, repair, and overall health of the property.
• Hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and complete to a high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to identify issues and ensure safety & health compliance.
• Maintain curb appeal and clean, functional common areas.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on tasks and purchases.
• Keep records of materials, hours, and completion status.
• Share after-hours on-call rotation and assist with snow/ice removal.
• Keep maintenance software updated and tasks on time, following safety procedures.
